Australia: Standard Postage is typically between 2-8 business days after dispatch. Express Postage is typically between 1-4 business days after dispatch. Please note that during sale times and over public holidays, dispatch will take longer than usual. Australia Post and couriers also do not operate on public holidays. So please be patient while we will pick, pack and ship your order as soon as possible.

DELIVERY COSTS
Australia: Delivery is $10 AUD per order using Australia Post Standard Delivery or $20 AUD for Australia Post Express Delivery
NZ: Delivery is $30 AUD per order using Australia Post / NZ Post. You will be liable for all import duties, customs and GST on orders where applicable at the point of, or after delivery. Palmy & Cove prices and shipping rates DO NOT include these duties, customs and GST which are the sole responsibility of the customer. Palmy & Cove will not accept returns or provide any refunds for duties, customs or GST. Palmy & Cove will not accept 'return to sender' where duties, customs or GST have not been paid. Please contact your local customs oce to nd out the charges that will apply to your purchase.
USA: Delivery is $24 USD per order using USPS.

Returns
If for some reason you are not happy with your Palmy & Cove goodies, please contact us by emailing hello@palmyandcove.com along with your order number to arrange for a refund or exchange. Return postage costs must be covered by the customer, unless Palmy & Cove reasonably agrees the item is faulty.
Conditions of return:
You must notify us within 3 days of receipt of goods if you would like to return an item You must return goods to us within 10 days
Goods must be unwashed, unused and in original packaging with tags intact.
Exclusions:
There are no refunds, exchanges or credit notes on sale items or promos/promocodes Palmy & Cove does not oer refunds on items that are showing our courier service is able to evidence as ‘delivered’ Any questions regarding Palmy & Cove goods purchased at a Palmy & Cove stockist must be addressed to that stockist Products that are damaged upon opening or damaged through unreasonable wear and tear.
